Lovely Blossoms You Are Lovely Card

If you can’t tell from all my posts recently, this is one of my favorite sets from Stampin’ Up right now, the Lovely Blossoms designer series paper is so pretty and I absolutely love the floral stamps and dies in the Lovely Arragements set.  Then there is the Cloud Cover card stock which is one of my two favorite colors at the moment, second after Secret Sea.  Using all of these favorites to make a lovely thank you card.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Cloud Cover card stock (2025-2027 In Color Stampin’ Up)
  • Old Olive card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Lovely Blossoms designer series paper (January 2026 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Lovely Arrangements stamp set and dies (January 2026 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Cloud Cover ink (2025-27 In Color Stampin’ Up)
  • Secret Sea Stampin’ Write Marker (2025-2027 In Color Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

From your Cloud Cover card stock cut a card base to 4 ¼” x 5 ½” and a second piece to 3 ¼” x 4 ¾” and score this one at ½” along the short side.  From white card stock cut a piece to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” and another to 3 1/8” x 4 1/8”.  In the Lovely Blossom designer series paper find the Cloud Cover striped paper and the Cloud Cover with white flowers paper.  From the Cloud Cover striped paper cut two pieces to 1” x 4” and from the floral paper cut a piece to 3” x 4”, watching the direction of both pieces.

Take your scored piece of Cloud Cover paper and adhere the ½” portion to the Cloud Cover card base, centered between each side.  Then adhere your white piece measuring 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” centered on the card base for the inside of your card.  Now adhere each of the Cloud Cover striped pieces to each side on the white inside piece centered with the flap closed.  Adhere the other white piece you cut to the front of your flap and then the floral paper to the front of that.

Take a scrap piece of white card stock and the two flower stamps from the Lovely Arrangement stamp set.  With one of the flower stamps, stamp in your Cloud Cover ink and then use your Secret Sea marker to color the center of the flower, then huff on the stamp to remoisten the Cloud Cover ink and stamp on your white card stock.  Do the same with the other flower.  Use the dies to cut each of these flowers out.  Then take a scrap piece of Old Olive card stock and cut out one of the two leaves dies and another of the single leaf die.  Stamp the “You are so lovely’ greeting on a scrap piece of white card stock in Cloud Cover ink and use the long label die to cut it out.  Adhere the two flowers at the bottom portion of the front of your flap, adhere the leaves behind the flowers to your liking and then adhere the label on an angle coming out of the top of the flowers, slightly hanging over the edge of the flap.

For the inside of your card take the “Thank you” greeting and stamp in Cloud Cover ink in the upper center of the inside of your card.

What a subtle but lovely Thank You card for to let someone know you care.

All of the floral papers from the 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar (2025) designer series paper from Stampin’ Up is all so pretty, this one included with the blues and pinks.  The different embellishments that came with it as well as so much fun and used a few different ones for this card.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Seaside Spray card stock (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar designer series paper (2025 Stampin’ Up)
  • 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar stamp set (2025 Stampin’ Up)

  • 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar Cutouts (2025 Stampin’ Up)

  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Mini Pop dots

From a piece of Seaside Spray card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half to 4 ¼” x 5 ½”.  From the 12 Days of Crafting designer series paper pack, find the pink paper and the pink and blue floral piece.  Cut the pink piece to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” and the floral piece to 4” x 5 ¼”.  Adhere the floral piece to the pink piece and then to the front of your card base.  From white card stock cut a piece to 4” x 5 ¼” for the inside of the card.

From some scrap of the pink designer series paper use the Party Banner die measuring 2” wide and cut out.  Adhere this to the right side of your card, lined up off the under pink boarder.  From the pack of cutout find a few flowers and leaves and adhere to the left side of the pink banner using mini pop dots.

With a piece of scrap white card stock and your Seaside Spray ink stamp the Thinking of You greeting.  Trim down the top and bottom and then angle the ends then adhere that to the lower right side of your banner, overlapping some of the flowers.  Now use some of the sequins adhering on with glue around your card.  I did two of the really small white ones on the greeting and three pink decorative ones on the pink banner and then five of the pink round ones around on the floral paper.

Adhere the white piece to the inside of your card and one more of the flower cutouts to the lower right corner.  I didn’t put a greeting on the inside so that it was generic.

This is an easy and quick card that is great to let anyone know you are thinking of them.

I have been wanting to use the Dandelion Wishes stamp set from Stampin’ Up for a while and just keep going to others and I have owned this set for years and just using it, so sad.  This is a bright and cheery birthday card In Calypso Coral colors.  I used white embossing powder to make the flowers stand out on the polka dot paper from the You’re a Peach designer series paper from Stampin’ Up.

  • Happiness Abounds stamp set (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Calypso Coral ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • VersaMark ink
  • White embossing powder
  • Heat gun
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

From you white card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” folded in half to 4 ¼” x 5 ½”.  Cut a piece to  3 3/8” x 4 ½” and another for the inside to 3 ¾” x 5”.  From the Two-Tone Calypso Coral card stock cut a piece to 3 1/8” x 3 ½” and another for the inside to 4” x 5 ¼”.  Take the You’re A Peach designer series paper pack and find the Calypso Coral polka dot paper and cut a piece to 4” x 5 ¼”.

For the inside of your card adhere to the piece of Calypso Coral and then the white piece to the top of that.  From the Happiness Abounds stamp set find the “Wishing you all the happiness you can imagine” greeting and stamp toward the upper center in Calypso Coral Ink

Lovely Blossoms You Are So Lovely Reverse Buckle Card

I guess you can call this design the reverse buckle card, as I saw a buckle card and came up with this design from seeing that.  This beautiful Lovely Blossoms designer series paper and Lovely Arrangement stamps and dies help to make this lovely card.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Petal Pink card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Lovely Blossoms designer series paper (January 2025 Online Exclusive Stamin’ Up)
  • Lovely Arrangements stamp set and dies (January 2025 Online Exlcusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Secret Sea ink (2025-2027 In Color stamping’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Scoring board or blade for trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Mini Pop dots

From white card stock cut a card base to 4 ¼” x 11” and score at 5 ½” and another piece cut to 2 ¼” x 7”, scored at 3 ½” and fold both in half.  From the Lovely Blossoms designer series paper find the Secret Sea paper with the diamonds, the Petal Pink piece with the florets and the Petal Pink with the large flowers.  From the Secret Sea diamonds paper cut a piece to 4” x 5 ¼”, and the same with the Petal Pink florets piece.  From the large floral piece cut a piece to 2” x 3 ¼”.

Take a piece of Petal Pink card stock and the Lovely Arrangement dies and cut out one of the dots background pieces, and then cut it a second time cutting off one row, leaving three rows.  Then with Secret Sea ink, stamp the “Hello Friend” greeting on the Petal Pink card stock and use the larger oval shaped die to cut it out.

On a piece of white card stock stamp the “You are so lovely” greeting in Secret Sea ink and use the smaller rectangle die.  Then with the full flower stamp, ink the flower in Cloud Cover ink and then use the Secret Sea Stampin’ Write marker to color the center and huff on the stamp to warm up the ink and stamp.  Clean between stamps.  Stamp two of the full flowers and two of the half flowers.  Then stamp two of the leaf stamp in Secret Sea ink.  Use the flower and leaf dies to cut each of them out.

Now time to assemble.  Take your card base measuring 4 ¼” x 11” folded in half and adhere the Secret Sea diamonds piece to the front.  Then adhere the Petal Pink circles piece you cut to the right side of the card front leaving about 1/8” of the Secret Sea diamonds paper to the right.  Use the oval label die to cut out your hole about 1/8” to the left side of the Petal Pink circles piece, cutting through to the inside.  Take your flowers and leaves and curl the edges to add dimension.  Then adhere one of the full flowers to the lower section of the Petal Pink circles piece and the half flower to the upper section.  Take one of the leaves pieces and cut the three leaves into separate leaves and adhere behind your flowers to your licking.  The use mini pop dots cut in half to adhere the “You are so lovely” greeting label to the bottom of your cut out.

For the inside of your card start by adhering the Petal Pink floret paper to the inside back of your card.  Then take the smaller white folded piece and adhere to the center of your card back facing the back of your card so that it will slide through the slot.  Adhere your large floral paper to the front of it.  Adhere the “Hello Friend” Petal Pink label to the inside of the small white portion.  Now adhere to two flowers and leaves in the lower left corner of the inside of your card, overlapping onto the white piece as well.

What a pretty card to give to a friend, I can’t wait to send it out.

Floral Z-Fold Lace Cards

These cards are a Z-Fold style card, but the design makes a full-front card.  These cards were made with some floral paper that I don’t know what they are from and then use a border lace punch from Stampin’ Up to decorate the front edge.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

Blue Rose Card

  • Marina Mist card stock (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Very Vanilla card stock (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Floral designer series paper (Unknown)
  • Gallery Blooms stamp set and dies (Stampin’ Up)
  • Words of Beauty stamps and dies (November 2025 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Marina Mist ink (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

Rust Butterfly Card

  • Ridinghood Red card stock (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Floral designer series paper (Unknown)
  • Sentimental Park stamp set (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Double Layer Butterfly die (Spellbinders ?)
  • Ridinghood Red ink (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

To make a similar card, since I don’t know where the floral paper came from, cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and score at 1 ½” x 4 ¼”.  Fold in half and then fold the small portion toward you.  From your neutral color (white or vanilla) cut a piece for the inside of your card to 4” x 5 ¼”, a piece for the front to 2 ¾” x 5 ¼” and for the middle inside panel cut a piece to 2 ½” x 5 ¼”.  For the lace piece cut a piece to 2” x 5 ½” and then use the lace punch (or a decorative border die if you have one) to cut the border edge.  Adhere this to the back of the front flap, you may need to trim off a bit to have it line up where you would like for it to show well.

From your floral paper cut a piece for the front to 2 5/8” x 5”, a piece for your inside panel to 2 1/8” x 5” and a piece for the middle panel to 1 1/8” x 5”.  Take your neutral piece measuring 2 ¾” x 5 ¼” piece and the 2 5/8” x 5” floral piece and adhere the floral piece to it and then adhere the left side of the neutral piece to the front flap.  Use the 2 1/8” x 5” floral piece to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece (to either side, use your preference as I did one of each) and then adhere this to the back panel of the inside of your card.  Then adhere the last floral piece to the neutral piece and adhere that to the middle panel on the inside.

Use a decorative stamp and\or die to decorate the front and use a greeting stamp and label to go with it on the front.  Stamp a greeting on the inside back panel of the card if you wish.

This gives you a really nice card design to use for any type of card you prefer.

Lovely Blossoms Muted Birthday Card

I am infatuated with this Lovely Blossoms designer series paper and Lovely Arrangement stamp set and dies from Stampin’ Up.  This card is a muted version with a hint of Cloud Cover blue birthday card with the pretty stamped and die cut flowers.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Cloud Cover card stock (2025-2027 In Color Stampin’ Up)
  • Crumb Cake card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Lovely Blossoms designer series paper (January 2026 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Lovely Arrangements stamp set and dies (January 2026 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Crumb Cake ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Chocolate Chip Stampin’ Write Marker (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Old Olive Light Stampin’ Blends (Stampin’ Up)
  • Moody Palette Glossy Dots (January 2026 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)

From Cloud Cover card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and folded in half to 4 ¼” x 5 ½” and cut another piece to 2 ¾” x 4 1/8”.  With the Crumb Cake card stock cut two pieces to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” and another piece to 2 5/8” x 4 1/8”.  Grab your Lovely Blossoms designer series paper and find the Crumb Cake piece with the small white flowers and cut a piece to 4” x 5 ¼”.

Take the piece of Crumb Cake you cut to 2 5/8” x 4 1/8” and the die that cuts out the small florets and cut at one end and then you will have to cut another to finish the other end.  Now adhere this to the Cloud Cover background measuring 2 ¾” x 4 1/8”.  From a scrap piece of white card stock stamp one of each of the large flowers in Crumb Cake ink and then coloring the centers with your Chocolate Chip Stampin’ Write Marker and huff (blow warm air to remoisten ink) before stamping.  Also stamp two leaves in Crumb Cake ink and color them in with your Old Olive Light Stampin’ Blends, trying not to get too close to the stamped image as it will fade because of the ink used.  Cut all out with the appropriate dies.  Stamp the “Happy Birthday” greeting on to a small piece of white card stock in Crumb Cake ink and cut out a rectangle.  Adhere to a piece of Cloud Cover and hand cut a boarder.

Adhere one of your pieces of 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” Crumb Cake card stock to the front of your Cloud Cover card base, then adhere to floral paper to the front of that.  Now adhere your strip you cut with the florets with the Cloud Cover background about ¾” in from the left side of your card.  Adhere your flowers in the lower left corner of your floret cut piece and add the leaves where you would like.  Then adhere your “Happy Birthday” greeting coming out of the flowers.  Add some of the Moody Palette Glossy Dot Cloud Cover embellishments around on your floret cut piece.

For the inside adhere your piece of Crumb Cake card stock and then the piece of white card stock.  Stamp a birthday greeting in Crumb Cake ink, I am using an old Stampin’ Up greeting (don’t know what the name of the set was) that says “wishing you the best today and always!”.

A pretty card in light colors for those who aren’t in to really bright colors and it is a lovely birthday card as well.

Nobel Deer In The Pines Birthday Card

This masculine birthday card made with Nobel Deer and In The Pines stamp sets from Stampin’ Up turned out so nice that I wish I had thought of this design a few weeks ago before my husband’s birthday so I could have used it.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Crumb Cake card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • Mossy Meadow card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • Earthen Elegance designer series paper (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Nobel Deer stamp set (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • In the Pines stamp set (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Spring Corners stamp set (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Stitched Hexagon dies – use the one that measures about 2” x 3 ¾” (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Early Expresso ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Mossy Meadow ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Pop dots

From a piece of Crumb Cake card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half to 4 ¼” x 5 ½” and another piece to 3 7/8” x 5 1/8” for the inside.  From Mossy Meadow cut two pieces to 4” x 5 ¼”.  From the Earthen Elegance (or some speckled tan paper) find the speckled gradient to Pretty Peacock and cut a piece in the tan part to 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”.

Adhere the speckled paper to one of the Mossy Meadow pieces.  Use the stitched hexagon die to cut out a hole in the center.  Take the cut-out piece and stamp the three deer stamp from the Nobel Deer stamp set in Early Expresso ink.  Take a scrap piece of the speckled paper and stamp the “happy birthday” stamp from the Spring Corners stamp set in the Mossy Meadow ink and trim to a small rectangle.  Adhere to a piece of Mossy Meadow card stock and cut out as a background.

With some scrap Crumb Cake card stock and the 4 small tree stamp with the trunk and stamp in Early Expresso and also one of the small single trees stamp twice.  Then use the fill in stamps with Mossy Meadow ink and stamp the fill-ins.  Use the dies to cut them out.  On the one with the 4 trees trim off the tree to the left and adhere that flat overhanging your inside border slightly and almost up to the center point.  Then use pop dots to adhere the other three over it about ½” up from the bottom of your card.  Then adhere the two single trees to the left side with the outside one up a bit higher and the inside one popped up with pop dots.  Adhere your “happy birthday” greeting between the trees.  Adhere to the front of your card with pop dots.  Then adhere your deer cut-out inside flat so that your outer edge is popped up around it.

For the inside adhere to piece of Mossy Meadow card stock and then the Crumb Cake on top of that.  Using your Early Expresso ink stamp the four small tree group with the trunks in the lower right corner.  Then use your Mossy Meadow ink to stamp the fill in green.  Then with your Mossy Meadow ink and the “wishing you an amazing day” corner greeting and stamp in the upper left corner.

I love how this masculine birthday card turned out and can’t wait to give it to someone soon.
