This Peaceful Garden designer series paper from Stampin’ Up makes the most beautiful sympathy cards, and this one is no exception. It is fairly plain and straight forward to make but it is the simplicity that makes it so pretty.

To create this card, you just need a few things:
- Cloud Cover card stock (2025-2027 In Color Stampin’ Up)
- Secret Sea card stock (2025-2027 In Color Stampin’ Up)
- White card stock
- Peaceful Garden designer series paper (September 2025 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
- Peace on Earth stamp set and dies (September 2025 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
- Secret Sea ink (2025-2027 In Color Stampin’ Up)
- Paper trimmer
- Adhesive of choice
Start with a piece of Cloud Cover card stock cut to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half. Cut another piece to 1” x 3 7/8”. From the Secret Sea card stock cut two pieces to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”. Then with the white card stock cut two pieces to 4” x 5 ¼”. With your Peaceful Garden designer series paper, find the leaf paper and cut a piece to 3 7/8” x 5 1/8” and cut 1” off of the bottom to give you a strip for the inside as well.

Take one of your white pieces and adhere to one of the Secret Sea pieces and then adhere that to the front of your card base. Now adhere the large leaf paper onto the white piece on the front of your card toward the top, and then the Cloud Cover strip to the bottom.

With your Secret Sea ink and the “With Deepest Sympathy” greeting from the Peace on Earth stamp set, stamp your greeting on the Cloud Cover strip to the right side. From a scrap piece of white card stock use the dove die with both wings up to cut out your dove and adhere to the left side of your Cloud Cover strip.

For the inside adhere the white piece of card stock to the Secret Sea piece and adhere that to the inside of your card. Adhere the leaf strip toward the bottom of the white piece, leaving about ¼” of the white showing. With the “Sending” and “Heartfelt Prayers” stamps from the Peace on Earth stamp set, arrange them together on your stamp block and stamp on the upper portion of the inside of your card in Secret Sea ink.

This gives you a lovely sympathy card for when you need to tell someone how sorry you are for their loss.
