I just love the Queen Bee stamp set from Stampin’ Up and I just had to have it, but and this is the first time I have actually used it so was really excited to make this card. With this pop-up frame fun fold card it was perfect and I love the way this card stands up when open and is decorated on both sides.

To create this card, you just need a few things:
- More Mustard card stock
- Cinnamon Cider card stock
- Old Olive card stock
- Natural Beige card stock
- Queen Bee stamp set and dies
- Honeycomb die (if you don’t have one you could also do something with a honeycomb embossing folder)
- Party Dots Stampin’ Up embellishments
- More Mustard ink
- Cinnamon Cider ink
- Old Olive ink
- Light Cinnamon Cider Stampin’ Blends
- Scoring board of paper trimmer with scoring blade
- Paper trimmer
- Adhesive of choice
- Mini Pop-Dots

Take your More Mustard card stock and cut in half the long way to 4 ¼” x 11”. Score at 1 ½” and at 5 ½” and fold both inward. Then cut a piece of More Mustard to 4 /4” x 5” and score at ½” and 4 ½”, then fold both sides up. Now take the Cinnamon Cider card stock and cut two pieces to 3 ¾” x 4” and cut another piece to 1 ¼” x 4”. Take the Natural Beige card stock and cut a piece to 3 ¾” x 4”.

Take your two pieces of Cinnamon Cider that you cut to 3 ¾” x 4” and your honeycomb die and cut out a corner of each. Take some spare of the Natural Beige card stock and the More Mustard ink, stamp the one of large queen bee stamp and the small bees and use the dies to cut each of them out. Also take the piece of Natural Beige card stock you cut to 3 ¾” x 4” and in the upper right corner with the piece going the long way and stamp one of the small bees. Take a spare piece of Natural Beige card stock and stamp “happy birthday” stacked in Cinnamon Cider and then use the label die to cut that out. Take the floral spray stamp and stamp that in Old Olive and then cut out with the die. Now take the Cinnamon Cider Stampin’ Blends pen and color the flowers.
Take your Old Olive card stock and cut one of the large curved leaves and six of the small leaves. Use a spare piece of the More Mustard card stock and cut out three large flowers and three small flowers. With your Party Dots embellishments, use three of the small yellow for centers on your small flowers and three of the large for centers of the larger flowers.
Now you have everything you need to assembly your card. Grab your 4 ¼” x 11” scored piece of More Mustard and let’s get it decorated. Take one of the Cinnamon Cider pieces with the honeycomb cut-out and adhere it to the front 4” x 4 ¼” section with the honeycomb cut-out in the upper left corner. Put a mini pop dot on the back of the small bee cut-out and adhere it in the upper right corner. Adhere the large curved leaves in the lower right corner along with one of the smaller leaves toward the middle. Put the “happy birthday” label over it and decorate with one large and one small flower.

In the 1 ½” x 4 ¼” section of your card front, adhere the 1 ¼ x 4” piece centered. Take three of the small die cut leaves and the floral spray and arrange and adhere center in this section, not going outside of the 1 ½” x 4 ¼” section.

Now take the 4 ¼” x 5” scored piece of the More Mustard card stock and adhere the second Cinnamon Cider honeycomb piece with the scored flaps folded down with the honeycomb in the lower right corner. Take one of the last two smaller leaves a adhere that and one small and one large flower in the upper right corner. Then take the last leaf die cut and one large flower and adhere in the lower left corner. Adhere the Queen Bee die cut image in the center area. Put glue on the upper flap and stick to the bottom of the 1 ½” x 4 ¼” piece to start to for your square frame. Then lay flat and put adhesive on the lower flap and fold the card shut to adhere in the correct place. Now take your little bee stamped piece of Natural Beige and adhere to the inside of your card. Adhere your last small flower in the lower left corner.

Now you have a beautiful birthday card to send to someone you care about.
