Beautiful Gallery Floral Vase Thinking of You Card

I used this lovely artistic roses in a vase paper from the Beautiful Gallery suite from Stampin’ Up to make this beautifully embossed card.  I embossed the whole image which makes it look even more like a painting.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Secret Sea card stock (2025-2027 In Colors Stampin’ Up)
  • Basic Beige card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Beautiful Gallery designer series paper (2025-26 Annual Catalog Stampin’ Up)
  • Gallery Blooms stamp set (Stam2025-26 Annual Catalog Stampin’ Up)
  • Beautiful Motifs stamp set (2025-26 Annual Catalog Stampin’ Up)
  • VersaMark Ink
  • Copper Clay ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Clear embossing powder
  • Heat gun
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Pop dots

From your Secret Sea card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half.  With your white card stock cut a piece to 4 3/16” x 5 7/16”.  Cut a piece of Basic Beige to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” for the inside of your card.  Take your Beautiful Gallery designer series paper and find the roses in a vase piece.  Trim it down to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” which basically just trims the edge of the rose on each side.

Take your trimmed roses piece and put onto a piece of scrap paper.  With your VersaMark ink, ink up the whole piece of paper and then cover in clear embossing power, then tap off the excess and use your heat gun to melt the embossing powder to a clear finish.  Adhere this (I suggest with a lot of adhesive all over as it bubbles a bit which you can see with mine) to your piece of white card stock and then to the front of your card base.

Take a white piece of scrap paper and stamp in Copper Clay in the “Thinking of You” greeting from the Beautiful Motifs stamp set.  Trim around your greeting for form a strip about ½” wide.  Trim a scrap strip of Secret Sea card stock to 5/8”.  Trim the end of each with a pair of scissors to form your banner end and then adhere together and trim off the flat end at about 2 ¼” and adhere to the front lower left side of your card front.

For the inside of your card the white seemed awfully bright, so I used Basic Beige.  Take your Basic Beige piece and your Copper Clay ink and stamp the “I’m here for you always” greeting from Beautiful Motifs in the upper center and then from the Gallery Blooms stamp set use the small bouquet of roses stamp and stamp in the lower left corner.  Adhere to the inside of your card.

This is such a beautiful artsy card that I can’t wait to give to someone.

Beautiful Gallery Celebrate Birthday Step Card

I love the way this card turned out, a floral step card made with the Beautiful Gallery Suite from Stampin’ Up.  The colors are lovely and it is just so pretty.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Mossy Meadow card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Beautiful Gallery designer series paper (2025 Annual Catalog Stampin’ Up)
  • Beautiful Motifs stamp set (Stampin’ Up)
  • Happy Birthday stamp (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Oval Flat Top nested dies
  • Rectangle Oval Ended Label Layering Dies
  • Pressed Flower Motif embelishments (2025 Annual Catalog Stampin’ Up)
  • Mossy Meadow ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Pop dots

From your Mossy Meadow card stock cut a card base to 4 ¼” x 11” and score at 2”, 4” and 7 ½” and fold the big section together and the smaller section together to form your step card base.

Grab your Beautiful Gallery designer series paper and find the Mossy Meadow piece with the white roses and the painted looking piece of Mossy Meadow paper.  From the painted piece cut a piece to 3 ¼” x 4” and another to 1 ¾” x 4” and adhere each to the front of your steps.

Now get your Oval Flat End dies and cut the following:

               White Card Stock: 2 3/8” x 3 13/16”

                  2 13/16” x 4 ¼”

                                                                  3 ¾” x 5 ¼”

               Mossy Meadow Card Stock:      2” x 3 7/16”

3 ¼” x 4 13/16”

               Mossy Meadow Floral:             2” x 3 7/16”

                                                                 3 ¼” x 4 13/16”

For the back step, take the 3 ¾” x 5 ¼” white piece and adhere the 3 ¼” x 4 13/16” floral designer series paper piece and adhere to the front of the large step.  Then take the 2 3/8”x 3 13/16” piece of white and the small floral designer series paper piece and adhere together and then adhere to the front of the small step.  Take the 2” x 3 7 1/6” piece of Mossy Meadow and adhere to the back of your small step piece, it just gives is a bit more support for your card to stand well.  Now from Mossy Meadow die cut out a label base and from white card stock cut out the top of your label.  Stamp in Mossy Meadow ink the “Celebrate” from the Beautiful Motifs stamp set.  Adhere to the lower portion of your front step with pop dots.  Use the Pressed Flower Motif embellishments to decorate each end of your label.

Then take the Mossy Meadow piece that is left and the white piece and adhere to the white to the Mossy Meadow.  With your Mossy Meadow ink and a “happy Birthday” greeting stamp and stamp in the upper portion of the white.  Adhere to the back of your card.

This gives you a beautiful birthday card for one of your girlfriends of family members.

Beautiful Gallery Hello Card

Here is a card I made to say hello when I haven’t seen or talked with someone in a while.  It uses the Beautiful Gallery designer series paper from Stampin’ Up along with the Beautiful Motifs stamp set.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Tan colored card stock
  • Cinnamon Cider card stock (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Basic Beige card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • Beautiful Gallery designer series paper (Stampin’ Up)
  • Beautiful Motifs stamp set (Stampin’ Up)
  • Banner label dies
  • Floral dies
  • Cinnamon Cider ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

This is an easy and quick card.  With your tan colored card stock cut a piece to 5 ½” x 8 ½” card base.  Score at 2 ¾” x 7” and fold both sides in to form the front of your card.  From Basic Beige cut a piece for the inside of the card to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”. From the Beautiful Gallery designer series paper, find the piece with grassy hills and flowers in the front.  Cut a piece to 4” wide and 5 3/8” tall and then cut from the left in at 2 5/8″ which gives you the two pieces for the front of your card.

With a scrap piece of the tan colored paper cut a smaller size banner die (or you can cut a strip and you can trim the end).  Then from the Cinnamon Cider the next size up die.  Take two nature or floral dies and cut two larger size from the tan colored card stock and two of the smaller from the Cinnamon Cider card stock.  On the tan smaller banner stamp the “hello” stamp from Beautiful Motifs stamp set in Cinnamon Cider ink.

Adhere the two pieces of designer series paper to the front of your card base.  The adhere your label banners together, trim to size and adhere in the upper left corner down about a ½”.  Then adhere one each of your two floral pieces to the lower right corner.

For the inside take your piece of Basic Beige and adhere your two floral pieces in the lower left corner.  With your Cinnamon Cider ink and the “I’m here for you always” stamp and stamp in the upper center of the Basic Beige piece.  Adhere into the center of the inside of your card.

What a simple and easy card that can be given to anyone just to say hello.

Beautiful Gallery Marina Accordion Fold Card

This is a great masculine card for any male in your life and is so lovely.  It is fairly quick and easy since the paper does the work, just takes a little time cutting the paper to line up.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Secret Sea card stock (2025-2027 In Color Stampin’ Up)
  • Basic Beige card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • Beautiful Garden designer series paper (2025 Annual Catalog Stampin’ Up)
  • Label die
  • Happiest of Birthdays stamp set (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Secret Sea ink (2025-2027 In Color Stampin’ Up)
  • Scoring board or scoring blade for trimmer
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

Take your Secret Sea card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 11” and score at 3 ¼”, 5 1/8”, 8” and 9 ½”.  From the 3 ¼” first score, fold the next section in and then accordion fold from there with the last piece forming your card front.

From the Beautiful Gallery designer series paper find the piece of brown paint and then two of the marina painting.  From the brown paint piece cut a piece to 1 3/8” x 5 3/8” and a second to 1 ¾” x 5 3/8”.  Adhere the 1 3/8” wide piece to the second panel and the 1 ¾” piece to the 4th panel.

Cutting the marina papers is where it takes a bit of paying attention to get it to all line up to form the same picture when the card is closed.  Trim both pieces of the Marina paper together to 5 3/8” in height so that the picture is the same exact height for both.  Start by cutting the piece for the back, I cut a bit off the right side so it had the single boat starting at the right which then when folded will have all the boats showing, cut to 3 1/8” x 5 3/8”.  Adhere to the back portion of your card.  Fold in the middle and take the second piece of marina paper and see where the boats align to the right and trim to there.  Then cut in from the right to 2 ¾” x 5 3/8”.  Now fold in the front panel and take the leftover piece from the first piece of marina paper and again figure out where the boats need to align and trim the right and then cut to 1 3/8” 5 3/8”.  Andere to the front which gives you your picture when folded and a nice scenic view when open.

From the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set find the “it’s your day enjoy it!” greeting and stamp onto some Basic Beige in Secret Sea ink.  Take your label die and cut out your greeting.  Adhere only a bit of the label to the front panel making your label centered when your card is closed.

Cut a piece of Basic Beige to 3” x 5 ¼” for the back of your card.  Take the “wishing you the happiest of birthdays” greeting stamp and your Secret Sea ink and stamp in the upper center.  Adhere your piece of Basic Beige to the back of the back panel of your card.

There is a great guy birthday card for when you need it.
