Peppermint Treasure Tag

These peppermint tags are so cute.  I have been wanting to use the peppermint embellishments from Stampin’ Up and found this peppermint candy paper from Gingerbread and Peppermint designer series paper from Stampin’ Up which was perfect.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Real Red card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Gingerbread and Peppermint designer series paper (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • No Peeking stamp set (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Bright Baubles stamp set (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Peaceful Wishes stamp set (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Real Red ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Crecent Combo Tag Set Original Die (retired Sizzix)
  • Real Red and White adhesive-backed Peppermints embellishments (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Adhesive of choice

From white card stock cut two of the largest size tags with the Crecent Combo Tag die, and then cut one from each of the peppermint papers from the Gingerbread and Peppermint designer series papers.

From your Real Red card stock cut two pieces to 1 ¼” x 1 ¾” and two white pieces to 1” x 1 ¾”.  In Real Red ink stamp “Merry Christmas” from the Peaceful Wishes stamp set on one of the white pieces.  Then stamp the “No Peeking” in Real Red ink on the other white piece from the No Peeking stamp set.  Adhere each white piece to the red piece and adhere the Merry Christmas one to the front of the green and red peppermint tag and the No Peeking to the red and white peppermint paper.  Use the Real Red and White Adhesive-Backed Peppermint embellishments to decorate around your greetings.

On the two white tags use the “To From” stamp from the Bright Baubles stamp set and stamp on each white tag in Real Red ink.  Use red ribbon (I used Mini Ruffled Ribbon) through both the white and decorative tag for each and tie in a knot.

Here are two very cute tags to use for your holiday wrapping.

For the inside of your card adhere the smaller white piece you cut.  Stamp the “Celebrate the Season” and the “It’s the most magical time of the year” stamps in the upper center of your card, with the “Celebrate the Season” on top using Pretty Peacock ink.  Then stamp a few of the small snowflakes around.

What a lovely card to give anyone for the holidays.

Traditions of Christmas Double Z-Fold Poinsettia Card

This elegant holiday card made with the Traditions of Christmas designer series paper from Stampin’ Up in a double Z-Fold design makes a great card to send for the holidays.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Cherry Cobbler card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • Gold (Tan Textured Pearl) card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Traditions of Christmas designer series paper (Stampin’ Up)
  • Christmas Greenery stamp set and dies (Stampin’ Up)
  • Unknown Paper Pumpkin Christmas stamps (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Cherry Cobbler ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Scoring board or scoring blade for paper trimmer
  • Shiny Ribbon (Sept-Dec 2025 Mini Catalog Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Pop dots

From a piece a Cherry Cobbler cut your card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and score at 2 1/8” and 4 ¼”, fold the left side to the right and then the right side to the left forming your first Z-fold.  Then cut another piece to 3” x 6 3/8” and score at 2 1/8” and 4 ¼” and fold evenly into your second Z-Fold.  From the gold card stock cut a piece to 1 7/8” x 2 ¾” and then cut two more from white card stock measuring the same.

Adhere your gold piece to the front of the small Z-Fold and the two white pieces to the other two sections.

From your Traditions of Christmas designer series paper find the red poinsettia paper, the red polka dot paper and the floral spray paper.  From the red poinsettia paper cut two pieces to 1 7/8” x 5 ¼”.  From the red polka dot paper cut a piece to 4” x 5 ¼”.  Then from the floral spray paper take the floral die from the Christmas Greenery dies and cut out one of the red flower sprays.

Take the ”Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a verry happy New year”  greeting and stamp on the center white panel of the small Z in Cherry Cobbler ink.

Adhere the red polka dot paper to the back of your card base and each of the red poinsettia pieces to the front flap and the middle section of your Z-fold.  Now take your small Z-fold and put adhesive on the back.  While folded in the Z shape, adhere to the center of your red polka dot piece at the back portion of your card.  Take the top of the small Z-fold and put adhesive on half and adhere to the front of the large Z over the red poinsettia paper, forming your double Z-Fold.

Use pop dots to adhere the floral spray to the front of the gold panel on the small Z-fold.  Use the red Shiny Ribbon to tie a bow and adhere it to the bow section of your floral spray (note:  I did trim off some of the paper ribbon so it didn’t show).

This is such a beautiful card and a great card to give to anyone.

Traditions of Christmas Blue Christmas Card

This Secret Sea Christmas paper from the Traditions of Christmas designer series paper is so beautiful with the poinsettias.  Adding the Diagonal Secret Sea paper with it makes a stunning holiday card.

  • White card stock
  • Tradition of Christmas designer series paper (Sept – Dec Mini Catalog Stampin’ Up)

  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

With the Secret Sea card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half to 4 1/4” x 5 ½”.  Cut another piece to ½” x 5 ¼”.  From the white card stock cut a piece for the inside of your card to 4” x 5 ¼”.  Find the Secret Sea diagonal piece and the large poinsettia piece with the Secret Sea background.  Cut a piece of the poinsettia paper to 2 ¾” x 5 ¼” and a piece of the Secret Sea diagonal paper to 2” x 5 ¼”.

For the inside of your card take the white piece and the “Wishing you a season of gladness, a season of cheer, and to top it all off – a wonderful year!” greeting stamp from the Versatile Christmas stamp set and stamp toward the top in the center in Real Red ink.  Adhere to the inside of your card.

Cozy Christmas Tags

These cute tags were made with the October 2025 Stampin’ Up Paper Pumkin kit supplies.  They were supposed to be made into cards, but they looked more like tags to me so I changed them into a variety of tags.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Cozy Christmas Paper Pumpkin Kit (October 2025 Stampin’ Up)
  • Cozy Christmas stamp set (October 2025 Stampin’ Up)
  • Real Red ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Pop dots

Everything I used for these tags came in the kit.  I used some of the card bases and cut them up for the tag backgrounds.  I did use a variety of tag dies as well.  There was a great To :stamp and From: stamp in the Cozy Christmas stamps to use for the gats as well.  An easy way to get a bunch of tags, I think I got 10 tags out of the kit instead of 9 cards.
