Delicate Dreams Get Well Card

This pretty card made with Delicate Dreams designer series paper from Stampin’ Up and the coordinating Delicate Whispers stamps is a lovely get well card for anyone who needs a bit of cheering up and well wishes.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Crumb Cake card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Delicate Dreams designer series paper (March 2026 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Delicate Whispers stamp set (March 2026 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Mini Mates stamps (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Scalloped Rectangle dies (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Crumb Cake ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Scoring board of scoring blade for paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

From Crumb Cake card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and score at 2 1/8” and 4 ¼”, then fold in half and then fold the right front panel to the left to form a “z” fold.  From white card stock cut two pieces to 2” x 5 3/8” and a third to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”.  Now grab your Delicate Dreams card stock and find the Crumb Cake linen piece and the white with Crumb Cake straws.  From the linen paper cut a piece to 4” x 5 ¼” and from the straw paper cut two pieces to 1 7/8” x 5 ¼”.  Also from some white card stock use the scalloped rectangle die measuring 2 ½” x 3 ¾” and cut two.

Adhere the 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” piece of white to the back panel of your card base and adhere the linen piece to the top of that.  Adhere each of your straw pieces to the white pieces and adhere those to the front and middle panels.

With your “Get well soon” greeting from the Mini Mates stamp, ink in your Crumb Cake ink and stamp in the upper middle of one of your white scalloped rectangle pieces.  Adhere this to the center of your linen back panel.  On the second scalloped rectangle piece stamp the straw stamp in Crumb Cake ink to the left side and the “Hope you feel your best soon” greeting to the lower right.  Now adhere the left portion to the front panel aligning with the white scalloped rectangle on the back panel so when the card is closed they align evenly.

What a simple but beautiful get well card for anyone.

Healing Hugs 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar Block Card

I got the 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar for Christmas from Stampin’ Up and have opened Days 1 and 2 which gave me some great dies that go with the Stamp set that came with it and some beautiful paper, so I made this get well card with what I have received too far.  The floral paper is just striking, along with the pink brushed paper.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Old Olive card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar (Day 2) designer series paper (2025 Stampin’ Up)
  • 12 Days of Crafting Advent Caledar stamp set and dies (Day 1) (2025 Stampin’ Up)
  • Label die of choice about 3” in length
  • 2024-26 In Color Resin Dots (2024-26 In Color Stampin’ Up)
  • Flirty Flamingo ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Pop dots

From a piece of Old Olive cards stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half to 4 ¼” x 5 ½” card.  With a piece of white card stock cut two pieces to 4” x 5 ¼”.  From the 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar – Day 2 designer series paper, find the pink painted looking piece and the pink floral piece and cut one of each to 17/8” x 5” and then each at 2” to form your four block pieces.

Adhere one of your white pieces to the front of your card and then adhere your four block pieces to the white piece spacing evenly with the two small pieces to the top and the longer pieces to the bottom, staggering so that the florals are in opposite corners.

Take a spare piece of white cards stock on your Flirty Flamingo ink and stamp the large flower, first stamping off (stamp once) and then stamping your flower so that is is a lighter pink color.  Use the die from the Day 1 dies to cut out the flower.  Stamp the flower center in full Flirty Flamingo ink so it stands out.  From scrap Old Olive use the leaf die from Day 1 to cut out three of the small leaves and adhere to the back of your flower.  Now stamp the “Healing Hugs” greeting to the lower right side of your label on an angle.  Then adhere your cut out flower with pop dots to the left side of your label.  Use some of the 2024-26 Resin Dots to decorate the upper right side of your label.  Now adhere your label to the front of your card evenly over the center point of your blocks.

For the inside of your card take the second piece of white card stock you cut and stamp the “Thinking of you” greeting in Flirty Flamingo ink in the upper center.  Then stamp off the larger flower again and stamp slightly off of your paper sides three times.  For those where the center is showing stamp in full ink the flower centers.  Adhere this to the inside of your card.

This bright and cheery get well card would brighten anyone’s day who isn’t feeling their best.
