Paper Tags Sunshine and Laughter Card

The Paper Tags stamps and dies from Stampin’ Up are so cute and I have been wanting to use them.  This tag just screamed bright and cheery paper, which is not my standard but was so fitting.  I used some things for this card that I don’t know the name of so I can’t tell you information on everything I used for this card, sorry about that.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Crushed Curry card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • Flirty Flamingo card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Unknown? designer series paper (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper Tags stamp set and dies (August 2025 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Small flower die (unknown)
  • Flirty Flamingo ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Faux Glass Dots embellishments (retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Pop dots

From the Crushed Curry card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half to 4 ¼” x 5 ½”.  With your Flirty Flamingo card stock cut to pieces to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”.  Then with the white card stock cut a pieces to 4” x 5 ¼”.  With your bright colored designer series paper cut a piece to 4” x 5 ¼”.

Take your Crushed Curry card base and adhere one of the pieces of Flirty Flaming to the front of the card and then adhere the bright designer series piece to the front of that.

From a scrap piece of Crushed Curry card stock use the larger scallop-edged die to cut out a tag base.  Take your Paper Tag stamp set and find the “May your day be filled with sunshine and laughter” stamp and stamp on a piece of white card stock with Flirty Flamingo ink.  You will want to be sure your stamp is inked well to get good coverage.  Use the other larger tag die and cut out your tag.  Adhere your stamped white tag to your Crushed Curry tag base, then use pop dots to adhere to the front of your card, centered by on an angle.  From some scrap Flirty Flamingo card stock use a small flower die to cut out six flowers, roll the edges of your flowers and then adhere them together two-by-two to make three double layered flowers.  Use the Crushed Curry embellishments from the Faux Glass Dots pack as centers for your flowers.  Adhere two of the flowers to the left of your tag on the front of your card and the other one to the upper right of your tag.

For the inside of your card adhere the piece of Flirty Flamingo and then the white piece to that.  With the Paper Tags stamps set find the “It’s a wonderful day to celebrate you” stamp and stamp it for your inside greeting in Flirty Flamingo ink.

This is such a cute card to brighten anybody’s day.

With your Mossy Meadow card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half to 4 ¼” x 5 ½”.  Cut another piece to 2 5/8” x 4”.  From your Petal Pink card stock cut a piece to 2 ½” x 4” and another for the inside to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”.  Then from the pink piece of paper from the designer series paper from the Painterly Pears designer series paper pack cut a piece to 4” x 5 ¼”.  Cut a piece of white card stock for the inside to 4” x 5 ¼”.

With the Perfectly Pears large pear outline stamp and the Mossy Meadow ink stamp two pears on some white card stock.  Then take the large pear inside stamp and first stamp in Old Olive ink and then again in Darling Duckling ink a little off-set so it shows along the edges.  Then stamp two of the stem and leaves in Mossy Meadow.  Use the dies to cut them out.  Then with your Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends add a little pink coloring to the pears.  From a piece of Darling Duckling card stock and Darling Duckling ink stamp one of the three flowers.  Then with the Soft Suede ink and the flower centers stamp them.  Use the die to cut out the flowers and also one of the hash pieces.  With a scrap piece of white card stock and the Mossy Meadow ink stamp Hello and use the small label die to cut out.

Now let’s build your card.  Start with your Mossy Meadow card base and adhere the Pink Pear designer series paper to the front.  Then adhere the Mossy Meadow 2 5/8” x 4” piece in the center and adhere the pink 2 ½” x 4” piece onto that.  Take the Darling Duckling hash piece and adhere down about ½” from the top.  Then adhere your pear on the right along with the stem and leaves and then adhere the second pear to the left with stem and leaves using pop dots.  Use pop dots to adhere your flowers in the lower right corner.  With pop dots adhere your hello over the Darling Duckling hash.  Then with the Low-Profile Sparkle Dots decorate around in the Mossy Meadow dots.

For the inside of your card adhere your Petal Pink piece to the inside of your card and then the white inside piece to it.  From the Paper Tags stamp set and your Mossy Meadow ink, find the “it’s a wonderful day to celebrate you” greeting stamp and stamp on the inside upper center.

This card turned out so pretty and I love the Paper Tags stamp on the inside.  It is just a great card to say hello to a friend you haven’t talked to in a bit.

Beautiful Gallery Hello Card

Here is a card I made to say hello when I haven’t seen or talked with someone in a while.  It uses the Beautiful Gallery designer series paper from Stampin’ Up along with the Beautiful Motifs stamp set.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Tan colored card stock
  • Cinnamon Cider card stock (Retired Stampin’ Up)
  • Basic Beige card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • Beautiful Gallery designer series paper (Stampin’ Up)
  • Beautiful Motifs stamp set (Stampin’ Up)
  • Banner label dies
  • Floral dies
  • Cinnamon Cider ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

This is an easy and quick card.  With your tan colored card stock cut a piece to 5 ½” x 8 ½” card base.  Score at 2 ¾” x 7” and fold both sides in to form the front of your card.  From Basic Beige cut a piece for the inside of the card to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”. From the Beautiful Gallery designer series paper, find the piece with grassy hills and flowers in the front.  Cut a piece to 4” wide and 5 3/8” tall and then cut from the left in at 2 5/8″ which gives you the two pieces for the front of your card.

With a scrap piece of the tan colored paper cut a smaller size banner die (or you can cut a strip and you can trim the end).  Then from the Cinnamon Cider the next size up die.  Take two nature or floral dies and cut two larger size from the tan colored card stock and two of the smaller from the Cinnamon Cider card stock.  On the tan smaller banner stamp the “hello” stamp from Beautiful Motifs stamp set in Cinnamon Cider ink.

Adhere the two pieces of designer series paper to the front of your card base.  The adhere your label banners together, trim to size and adhere in the upper left corner down about a ½”.  Then adhere one each of your two floral pieces to the lower right corner.

For the inside take your piece of Basic Beige and adhere your two floral pieces in the lower left corner.  With your Cinnamon Cider ink and the “I’m here for you always” stamp and stamp in the upper center of the Basic Beige piece.  Adhere into the center of the inside of your card.

What a simple and easy card that can be given to anyone just to say hello.

Sweeter With You Strawberry Hello Card

I am loving this July 2025 Sweeter With You Paper Pumpkin kit from Stampin’ Up.  This kit is all based around strawberries for the season and has a bunch of adorable punch-outs to build cards with included instructions or to make up your own.  I am really having fun making cards and tags with it.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • July 2025 Sweeter With You Paper Pumpkin Kit (Stampin’ Up)
  • Poppy Parade or Sweet Sorbet card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Poppy Parade or Sweet Sorbet ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Scoring Board or blade for trimmer
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice (Some included in kit)
  • Pop dots (Included in kit)

With your Poppy Parade (or Sweet Sorbet) card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼” and 6 3/8” and fold into a Z.  From the kit find the pink card stock with the red dots and cut two pieces to 2” x 5 3/8” each.  Adhere one to the small front of your Z.  Adhere the other to the right side of the back of your card lining them up.

From the cut-outs in the Sweeter With You kit, find one of the rectangle scallop pieces, one of the pre-cut shapes to stamp “Hello, Friend” greeting, three of the white blossoms, one of the small strawberries and one of the stems with strawberries.  Adhere the left half of the stem with strawberries to the front of your card, leaving the right half hanging off over the back pink with dots paper.  Add the three flowers around on the stem piece for decoration.

Take the “Hello, Friend” greeting stamp from the Sweeter With You stamp set and your Poppy Parade or Sweet Sorbet ink and stamp on the cut-out shape for it.  Acdhere the left side Hello portion with pop dots below the stem with strawberries on the front of your card.

Take your scallop cut-out and your “Life is Sweeter with you” greeting stamp from the same Sweeter With You stamp set and stamp in the Poppy Parade or Sweet Sorbet ink.  Adhere the small strawberry to the lower left of it and adhere under the front with the right scallop showing through the stem to see when folded.

What a lovely way to tell a friend you care.

Painterly Pears Hello Card

I am in love with this card and how it turned out with the Painterly Pairs suite from Stampin’ Up, and I like the fold as well, it all worked perfectly.  I am pretty sure this is going to be one of my new favorites and the papers are just beautiful and in my color palette.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Darling Duckling card stock (2025-2027 In Color Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Painterly Pears designer series paper (July 2025 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Perfectly Pears stamp set and dies (July 2025 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up)
  • Inks
    • Darling Ducking ink (2025-2027 In Color Stampin Up)
    • Old Olive ink (Stampin’ Up)
    • Pecan Pie ink (Stampin’ Up)
    • Momento Black Ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Blender Pens (Stampin’ Up)
    • Darling Ducking (light and dark)
    • Old Olive (light and dark)
    • Mossy Meadow (light and dark)
    • Pecan Pie (light)
  • Mossy Meadow and Gold Trim ribbon (Stampin’ Up)
  • Scoring board or paper trimmer scoring blade
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice

From the Darling Ducking card stock cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and score at 1 ¼” and 5 ½” and fold both ends up.  With your white card stock cut a piece for the inside to 4” x 5 ¼”.  From the Painterly Pears designer series paper, find the piece of Darling Duckling paper with the pears and the piece with the pink lined grids.  From the pears piece cut a piece to 2 ¾” x 5 ¼” and then from the grid paper cut a piece to 1” x 5 ¼”.

Grab some spare white card stock and your black Momento ink and stamp two of the small pears and one of the group of three flowers.  For the small pears, take your Darling Duckling ink and the small pear inside stamp and stamp the inside of the pears.  Then use your Old Olive Blender Pen light and do some shading and then with the Mossy Meadow light a bit more.  For the branch color with the Pecan Pie light and for the leaves I colored them in Old Olive Light and Mossy Meadow dark.  For the flower bunch I just used the full flower and cut it apart from the others.  Then I used the center stamp with Pecan Pie ink and stamped the center.  Then I used Darling Duckling Blender pens, light for the full flower and then dark coming in a bit from the center for highlights.

With some spare Darling Duckling card stock use the label die from the Perfect Pears die set to cut the large label.  On another spare piece find the “Hello” greeting from the Perfect Pears stamp set and stamp in Old Olive ink.  Use the small square label die to cut that out.  Now take a spare piece of Old Olive card stock and cut out the hash design die and also a stem of leaves.

Grab your Darling Duckling card base and adhere to pears paper to the right side and the grid paper to the left side.  Take the Mossy Meadow and Gold Trim ribbon and wrap around the inside of your card and tie in a knot and position to the right side of your card.

Now take the Darling Duckling large label you cut and let’s get that decorated.  Start by adhering the hash cutout toward the left side of the label.  Take your leaves cut-out and break it up into two pieces and then take one leaf off to use with your flower.  Adhere the leaves to the back of one of your stamped pears sets and then use pop dots to adhere you pears to the right side of your tag.  Adhere the single leaf you saved to the back of your flower and then adhere your flower to the upper right of the tag.  Then use pop dots to adhere your hello in the space left over the hash cutout.  Put adhesive to the left side of your tag and adhere to the lower front of your card with the adhesive side on the pear paper section.

For the inside, take the piece of white card stock you cut earlier and adhere your other set of pears in the lower right corner and then adhere to the inside of your card.

That finishes off your Perfect Pears card to send out to someone just to say hello.

Irresistible Blooms Bridge Tower Card

This is the first time I have made a tower card and it took me a little bit of playing.  My instructions will be correct, though my card is a half an inch too long to fit into a standard envelope.  I haven’t use the Irresistible Blooms suite in a while and I forgot how beautiful the paper is.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Petal Pink card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Hello, Irresistible designer series paper (Stampin’ Up)
  • Irresistible Blooms dies (Stampin’ Up)
  • Decaled Circle dies (Stampin’ Up)
  • Daffodil Delight ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Scoring board or paper trimmer scoring blade
  • Paper trimmer
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Pop dots

With the Petal Pink card stock cut two pieces 4 ¼” x 4 ½”, and score along the 4 ½” side at 1”, 2”, 3”, 4” for your towers.  Cut another piece to 3” x 4 ¼” scored at ½” and 2 ½” for the center.

From the Hello, Irresistible designer series paper pack, find the piece that has the flowers on the front you can cut out with dies that is the lighter piece with the petal pink and daffodil delight colors and on the back has the same colors with a triangle design.  Then also a piece that is just the Petal Pink and Daffodil Delight and then also a piece with white leaf designs.

With one piece on the triangle side cut 6 pieces to ¾” x 4”.  With the plain Petal Pink and Daffodil Delight piece cut two pieces to 2 ¼” x 4”.

Now take your two Decaled Circle dies, the larger should be about 3 ½” or so and then the next smaller one.  With the larger cut two Petal Pink and with the smaller one cut one with the white leaf designer series paper piece and one from white card stock.  Also use the three decorative leaf dies and cut 5 different leaves.  Take the two flower dies and cut out one large flower from the designer series paper and two of the smaller size.

Now let’s start assembling.  Take the two pieces of Petal Pink cut to 4 ¼” x 4 ½” scored and your 6 pieces of designer series paper with the triangles and adhere three to one piece in the three 1” sections from the ½” side and then put adhesive on the ½” section and form your tower.  Do the same with the other tower.

Take the Petal Pink piece you cut for the center and adhere the two pieces of designer series paper to each side.  Put adhesive on both ½” side and adhere each tower, centering your center on each tower.  Take one of your Petal Pink Decaled Circles and the circle with the white leaves and adhere to the Petal Pink circle, making sure the leaves don’t hang down too far).  Take the one large flower and one of the small flowers you cut and with pop dots adhere to the bottom of the circle and adhere three leaves for decoration.

With the Irresistible Bloom stamp set and the Daffodil Delight ink stamp on a spare piece of white stamp the “Hello” greeting and use an appropriate size label die to cut it out.  Use pop dots to adhere to your Decaled Circle above the flowers.  Put some adhesive on the center of both of your towers and fold down so it is lying flat and adhere your decaled circle with the flowers at the bottom.

Now take your second Decaled Petal Pink circle and the white one and adhere together.  With the Irresistible Blooms  stamp set and the Daffodil Delight ink stamp the “I Couldn’t be happier to have you as my friend” greeting.  Take the second small flower and adhere with pop dots and then add the two leaves.

You now have a lovely card to send to a friend to let them know you are thinking of them.
