Kindred Greetings Paper Pumpkin Sending Whole Heart Card

What a simple and lovely card to let someone know you are thinking of them in hard times.  This uses the Kindred Greetings stamps and leaves from the August Paper Pumpkin from Stampin’ Up.  I also hot foiled in silver foil with the Echos of Detail dies to add the background accent.

To create this card, you just need a few things:

  • Lost Lagoon card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • Pool Party card stock (Stampin’ Up)
  • White card stock
  • Kindred Greeting stamp (August 2026 Paper Pumpkin Stampin’ Up)
  • Leaf and circle label (August 2026 Paper Pumpkin Stampin’ Up)
  • Lost Lagoon Ink (Stampin’ Up)
  • Hot foiling system
  • Echos of Detail hot foil dies (July 2026 Online Exclusive )
  • Silver Foil (July 2026 Online Exclusive Stampin’ Up Stampin’ Up)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Corner Rounder (Creative Memories)
  • Adhesive of choice
  • Pop dots

Take a piece of Pool Party card stock and cut a card base to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half to 4 ¼” x 5 ½”.  Cut another piece to 2 7/8” x 4 3/8”.  From a piece of Lost Lagoon card stock cut two pieces to 4” x 5 ¼” and another to 2 5/8” x 4 1/8”.  Then from a piece of white card stock cut a piece for the inside to 3 ¾” x 5”.  Take your corner rounder and round the corners of all the pieces you just cut.

Take the piece of Lost Lagoon you cut to 2 5/8” x 4 1/8” and with your hashed foiling die from the Echos of Detail die set and foil emboss with silver foil.  Adhere that to the 2 7/8” x 4 3/8” piece of Pool Party.  Then adhere one of the 4” x 5 ¼” pieces of Lost Lagoon to the front of your card base and then adhere your foil piece centered on the front of that.  Take one of the white circle cut outs from your Paper Pumpkin kit and with Lost Lagoon ink stamp the “sending my whole heard at a time when words fall short” greeting.  Adhere your circle over your foil piece hanging off the right edge slightly and then adhere your two leaf pieces to the left side to your liking.

For the inside of your card take the last Lost Lagoon piece.  Take the white piece your white piece and with the Lost Lagoon ink stamp the “I’m always here for you” greeting on the upper center of the white piece and the leaf stamp in the lower left corner slightly off the page.  Adhere the white piece to the inside back panel on the Lost Lagoon piece.

A quick subtle card to let someone know you are thinking of them in hard times.
